For the past 5 months I have tried to find an auto shop that could fix my 2018 Audi SUV most would not even look at it let alone try and fix it. That's when I found Chris' Automotive Center. Bobby the shop manager, was both professional an extremely knowledgeable and was constantly giving me updates and taking the time to explain every step of the way to fixing my car. My car had 26 error codes and needed extensive repairs, but Bobby and his crew were able to track down every code and fix them. He was never pushy and offered his opinion and answered all my questions and concerns.

Through AAA Chris' Automotive towed my vehicle from my house to the repair shop. The tow operator (Eric) arrived ahead of schedule, was very professional, and his flatbed tow truck was brand new and fully equipped. Totally satisfied.
Just got my 2021 hyundai sonata N line in the beginning of March... 3 days later a deer rams my car! I wasn't sure what to do but my first choice was to go to Chris's autobody as they are the closest to me and a very good auto place.
I was without my car for an unfortunate 3 weeks but man these people fixed my car right! All parts are from the factory and correctly in their places. The paint looks just as good and nothing out of place. It's like nothing ever happened and they kept me informed the whole time.
I highly recommend this place and will come back.. hopefully not for the same reason or worse.
Great service. Tow truck driver picked up the car cleaned up the area. Made sure all my stuff was there. Locked all the doors and Took great care of my vehicle. The place is so nice That I asked them to repair my Jeep
Came in with a car emergency during a road trip from Mass to Florida and recieved amazing service. Christine at the front desk was helpful and very understanding of our situation. Both techs went above and beyond for me and fixed my car quickly and had us safely back on the road in no time.
Called for a tow at 1030 pm was told to go get my own truck for a disabled 23 yo female dont count on chris rini or rocky for any rescues... dons will take care of u day or night The owner of this company is absent and chooses to not deal with things. Call another tow company because they will miss. Handle your vehicles and cause damage.
